NEW TEACHERS

I got the kids all registered for school today & they both got the teachers that they prayed for.

Jake will have Mrs. Marshall for 3rd grade. I worked quite a bit with her last year & she is a WONDERFUL teacher & an amazing person. She is a cancer survivor & beat that beast! (Jake's Kindergarten year she was on leave because she was diagnosed with cancer). We are looking forward to a wonderful year with her.

Allie got Mrs. Wyckoff. We ADORE Mrs. Wyckoff. She was Jake's 1st grade teacher & we enjoyed everything about her. Jake had a great year & we are certain that Allie will too. She even has several of her friends from Miss Pins' class in her new 1st grade class.

Who Am I??

*I have been married to my wonderful hubby since June 1996. We are still in love. He is the perfect husband and father. He works so hard for us & provides us with everything we could ask for. He is amazing!
*I have 2 wonderful children.
*Jake was born in January 2000 and he is kind hearted and a friend to all. He is a lover of all sports and pretty good at most of them. Give him a ball and he'll score a basket, goal or a run. He's smart, good looking and the greatest son a mother could ask for!
*Allie was born in August 2001. She is a sweet heart/drama queen all wrapped up in a pretty package. She is a lover of fashion, give her some clay & she will make a masterpieces, she's never met a song she didn't like and I see an academy award for acting in her future. Her laughter fills our house every day and she is the perfect daughter for me.
*I am lucky to work as a paraeducator at the elementary school that my children attend.
*I love my job & love the students and staff I work with.
*I volunteer at my kid's schools, Scout groups and in the community.
*I love to spend time with my family. We enjoy playing games and watching movies.
*I love to shop for bargains.
*I love keeping busy. My kids are involved in everything and keep me on the go.
*My parents, siblings, nieces & nephews are a HUGE part of my life. I'm so glad that I get to see them often.
*I miss my grandparents terribley.
*I love to take pictures and do online scrapbooks.
*Keeping traditions and family memories alive are a huge part of my life.
*I love the 4th of July and Christmas.
*My favorite movie is the Wizard of Oz.
*I enjoy online blogging to keep my friends and family up to date on our daily lives. I also print my journals yearly & have the bound so my kids can look back on their day to day lives.
*I feel blessed with my life. I couldn't ask for anything more!
